The Siebel CRM Reports with Oracle Analytics Publisher (OAP) course is a comprehensive, modular training that provides students with prior technical Siebel experience with all the techniques and details on creating Reports with Oracle Analytics Publisher (formerly known as BI Publisher).

The course is applicable to Siebel IP 17 and higher and OAP 7.0 or higher.

You will learn all aspects of the Siebel Reporting architecture and integration with Oracle Analytics Publisher (OAP).

The course covers installation and setup of OAP for Siebel CRM as well as foundational concepts such as Siebel Integration Objects.

You will get a thorough introduction to working with RTF Templates and learn how to use formatting techniques, implement parent/child reports and visualize data using charts. The course also covers parameterized reports, translations and advanced reporting techniques, such as automating reporting with the XMLP Driver Service.
